Barbara Anne Photography is the official Photographer for the Women of Influence Nanaimo Awards.
My goal, as a photographer, is to honour each nominee by creating a portrait that will always remind them how we as a community view them: Empowered, Successful, and Inspirational - worthy of being seen and celebrated.
For this special project I chose to create portraits in my "As I Am" style, chosen to highlight each persons unique personality. Each nominee chose their favourite portrait for display.
