Barbara Anne Photography may display personal testimonials of yours from time to time received via email or as otherwise received from you by Barbara Anne Photography. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, which incorporate this Privacy Policy, you give Barbara Anne Photography specific consent to use such personal testimonials. If you would like Barbara Anne Photography to remove your testimonial or customer review at any time, please simply contact us at info@barbaraanne.ca, and we will promptly do so.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore whether or not to disclose information sought by such surveys or contests. User data will be stored for up to ten (10) years.

CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 13 years of age has provided us with personal data their parent or guardian may contact our Privacy Officer.
